Individual therapy for adults

When old patterns continue to repeat and emotions feel difficult to manage on your own, therapy offers a safe, compassionate space where we can begin to explore what may be keeping you stuck.

Welcome.

You may be wondering how talking about it can help. For many people, feeling heard and understood by another human being is a healing experience in itself – it connects us. But working with a trusted therapist can also help you understand yourself better, rediscover your strengths and improve your relationship to your self and others. It can open up new possibilities for emotional growth and well-being.

I am a Registered Psychotherapist and have been practicing since 2017. My training is based on traditional psychoanalysis, but incorporates modern theories and practices, such as somatic (body-based) work and attachment theory.

I was in private practice in Toronto until 2024, when I moved back to St. Marys, where I grew up. I am currently accepting new clients.
